Graham Mango Ice Cream
Graham Mango Ice Cream is like making a Mango float or Refrigerated Cake. The ingredients are almost the same and the only difference is the process of making it. Both are great desserts as mangoes are delicious.
Graham Mango Ice Cream
Ice cream with graham crackers and mango pulp
1 can Mango Pulp (850 grams)
1 can condensed milk
2 cups whipping cream
4 packages of Graham cracker (break into small pieces)
1 cup mango bits (optional)
In a standing mixer, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Add condensed milk. Beat (medium speed) in just a minute so as not deflate the whipping cream.
Fold the the mango pulp into the whipped cream mixture.
Stir in the crumbled graham crackers and mango bits (optional).
Pour into a 2 quart container, cover with parchment paper to reduce the formation of ice crystals.
Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
