Soft Cheesy Puto Bites

Puto is a Filipino steamed rice cake. There are many different versions on how to make it and originally, it was made from rice soaked overnight.

I am making this recipe with flour instead of rice. I added cheese to make it more appetizing. You can also add salted eggs or coconut as toppping. Puto is often paired with pansit (noodle) or dinuguan (pork blood stew).
