Sweet Roll Bites

weighing scale

This type of sweet roll is like a slider bun. It is the best mini bun for pulled pork or ham & cheese sandwiches. You will definitely have at least two sweet rolls when you eat it because they are soft and yummy.

In dividing the dough, it is best to use a weighing scale to have a uniform size. I usually weigh the dough to 50 grams for each piece.
