Fudge Brownies

I found this recipe from the Better homes and gardens book. Unlike other fudge brownie recipes that uses cocoa powder, this one uses chocolate bars.

I also switched some ingredients. For example, I used semi-sweet chocolates in order to use less sugar.

You can put your own spin on it by adding nuts and cream cheese frosting if you like.

Cream Cheese Frosting (optional)

  1. In a beat the cream cheese and butter. Then add vanilla and flour. Beat on medium speed until smooth.

  2. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over batter in pan or use star tip to pipe in the frosting.
