Peanut Butter Brownies
Peanut butter is a very popular ingredient. It can be infused in cakes, cookies, viands and even ice cream.
I made this brownie and inserted the whole peanut butter cup inside the dough.
When baking brownies, it is important not to over mix the ingredients because it can cause the brownies to be tough. I always grease the pan with shortening or coat with cooking spray so that the brownies will not stick in the pan.
