Peanut Butter Overload Cookie
A peanut butter cookie recipe is always a hit. It is one of my family's favourite cookie.
Peanut Butter Overload Cookie

- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1¼ cups all purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup reese's chocolate chips, divided

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a standing mixer with paddle attachment, cream the butter, peanut butter, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs until blended. Scrape the sides of the bowl.

Then add the flour mixture until well blended. Stir in the reese's peanut butter chips.

Use an ice cream scooper to scoop the dough and place in a baking tray. Place the dough 2 inches apart on a lightly greased baking tray.

Place some peanut butter chips on top of each dough.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turned dark golden. Let them cool
