Philippine Coconut Macaroons
I always make this recipe when I was very young. It is one of the easiest because you just combine everything and bake. If you are new to baking, and you love coconut, this recipe is for you.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup condensed milk
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups dried coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line mini muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- Cream the butter, then add sugar.
- Beat in the eggs and condensed milk.
- Mix in all purpose flour and finally add the shredded coconut.
- Pour the mixture in the mini cupcake wrappers.
- Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until golden brown.
