Choco Peanut Crunch is a snack made out of 3 ingredients: chocolate, peanut butter and rice krispies. This is one of the easiest recipes.
There are 2 ways to melt the chocolate. The first and my preferred method, is to use a double broiler. Break the chocolate in small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl. Put it above a pan with simmering water. Make sure that the base of the bowl does not come in contact with the water. Second option is to microwave the chocolates for 15 seconds each time until it melts.
Chocolates burn very easily and turn to hard grainy lumps so it's very important to ensure the temperature is not above 44°C/111°F.
Once melted just add the peanut butter which the kids really love. Cool the melted chocolate slightly before adding the other ingredients. Finally, to add crunchiness, I use rice krispies.
