Mango Jam
- 3 cups frozen mangoes
- 2½ cups granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
To prepare
- In a saucepan, combine mangoes and lime juice. Cook in high heat.
- Stir in sugar.
- Use potato masher to crush the mangoes.
- Pour into warm sterilized jars.
- Cover once cooled.
