Ingredients

Mango Jam
  • 3 cups frozen mangoes
  • 2½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

To prepare
  1. In a saucepan, combine mangoes and lime juice. Cook in high heat.
  2. Stir in sugar.
  3. Use potato masher to crush the mangoes.
  4. Pour into warm sterilized jars.
  5. Cover once cooled.
